Quick Answer: What is the SPARK GVA 2.0 Graduation?
It is the graduation ceremony for scholars of the DICT SPARK General Virtual Assistance (GVA) 2.0 Technical Training, themed “A Paradigm Shift in AI-Powered Interaction.” It takes place on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the 3rd Floor Conference Hall, Municipal Hall Building, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, in partnership with DICT Oriental Mindoro, the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB), and the LGU of Bansud.
A New Milestone, A New Beginning
I am truly grateful and proud to be part of the DICT SPARK General Virtual Assistance (GVA) 2.0 Training Program, carrying the theme “A Paradigm Shift in AI-Powered Interaction.”
SPARK — Strengthening the Philippine Workforce through Adaptive and Responsive Digital Knowledge — exists to empower Filipinos with digital skills for real employment opportunities. Serving as a trainer in this program has been an inspiring journey of learning, sharing knowledge, and helping aspiring virtual assistants build the skills they need for today’s fast-changing online world.
Why This Journey Matters to Me as a Trainer
One of the most rewarding parts of being a trainer is watching learners grow — in skill, but even more in confidence. Many of our scholars started with curiosity and a bit of uncertainty. Over the course of the training, they discovered new tools, explored how AI is changing the way we work and communicate, and began to see themselves as professionals ready to serve clients online.
Virtual assistance is no longer just about answering emails and managing calendars. With AI-powered tools now part of everyday work, today’s virtual assistants need to be adaptable, resourceful, and ready to keep learning. That is exactly the mindset our scholars built throughout this program.
Celebrating Our SPARK Scholars
On October 22, 2026, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our SPARK scholars as they reach this important milestone.
My heartfelt congratulations to all our graduates! May you use the knowledge and skills you have gained to pursue meaningful careers, serve your clients with excellence, and create better opportunities for yourselves and your families.
