Their contributions played a vital role in ensuring accessible and inclusive learning.
Inspiring the Next Wave of Digital Talent
One of the most memorable moments of the event was the testimony of Mr. Ezra Abas, a former SPARK scholar who rose above job discrimination and found success in freelancing. His story served as a powerful reminder that digital skills can open pathways to independence, resilience, and new opportunities.
Continuing the Momentum for a Digitally Empowered Mindoro
The event concluded with closing remarks delivered by Mr. Keanu Oracion, speaking on behalf of DICT OIC-Provincial Officer Engr. Marvin D. Bejasa. He reaffirmed DICT’s commitment to supporting programs that expand digital work opportunities and empower communities through technology.
The SPARK training and graduation stand as a testament to how a single spark—one learner, one opportunity, one skill—can ignite lasting change.
