This policy explains what personal information Alvin John Ferias (“I”, “me”) collects through alvinjohnferias.com, why, and what choices you have. I process personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and, optionally, your city or province. Submissions are stored in the website’s database and sent to me by email.
- Direct contact: anything you share when you call or email me.
- Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected by Google Analytics 4 using cookies.
- Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA v3 analyzes interactions with the contact form to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals or quotes.
- To deliver services you have agreed to and to communicate about them.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure visits. You can block these in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form.
- Google reviews widget (Trustindex) displays reviews from my Google Business Profile.
- Embedded content such as YouTube videos in some articles behaves as if you visited the other website, which may set its own cookies.
Fonts are hosted on this website, so no font requests are sent to third parties.
Sharing
Your information is shared only with service providers needed to run this website and my business — website hosting (Hostinger), email delivery and the Google services listed above — or when required by law.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of our engagement and any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can ask me to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, contact me using the details below.

The website uses HTTPS, is kept updated and is backed up regularly. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your information.
